ENRICO MENNA – CHEF

After school at the Enriques Institute in Castelfiorentino, he began working in the kitchen at a very young age. After several experiences as a cook abroad he returned to Italy and began a long collaboration with Luciano Zazzeri, first in the kitchen at the famous restaurant Pineta in Marina di Bibbona and then driving the Locanda del Sole in Querceto. After these experiences he had the opportunity to experience other types of cuisine: a farmhouse and the last as a personal chef in Castiglion del Bosco Rosewood. The Chef Enrico Menna prefers ingredients of the highest quality enhancing the authentic flavor and timeless, he loves to experiment new recipes, without sacrificing the unique and enveloping taste of the dishes always.
